Randi Kay Holzer

Randi Kay Holzer joined the Wright & Moore family in August 2022 as a paralegal and is assisting the office with a wide range of estate planning, business planning, real estate, and estate administration projects.

Originally from Morrow County, Randi graduated from Cardington-Lincoln High School in 2011. She was a member of the school’s FFA program, receiving her State Degree in 2012, and was part of the Shaw Creek Farmers 4-H club for 10 years.

Randi went on to complete a Bachelor Degree in history at The Ohio State University where she concentrated on Early American and related Environmental history. She assisted cultivating native Ohio plants at the Larry R. Yoder Prairie and a native nursery in Marengo, Ohio where she also cultivated passion for native plants. Randi received a post-baccalaureate paralegal certificate from Capital Law School in August 2016, and completed her Master’s in Business Administration in May 2022.

Before joining the Wright & Moore team, Randi worked at a larger Columbus law firm as a paralegal and part of the management team. Wanting a smaller and more personable firm led her here and has proven to be a good fit.

Randi lives in Delaware with her husband Ryan and Corgi Onyx. She visits her dad and sisters regularly, enjoys camping, reading many books, and baking.
