Kelly Brakefield Moore
Kelly is an attorney and co-owner of Wright & Moore Law Co. in Delaware, Ohio. Kelly grew up in Kannapolis, a small town outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and recreation administration. She began her career offering recreation services to children and adults with special needs and later attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte were she received her graduate degree in Special Education. She worked for several years as a special education teacher and a real estate broker before deciding to venture out of the south and to Ohio. Kelly attended Capital University Law School, where she met her husband Robert. Robert, Kelly and Maddie, their daughter, enjoy an active life living in Delaware. Kelly enjoys spending time with Maddie, being a mom, and taking trips to see her parents.
Wright & Moore Law Co. LPA is a small firm with its primary area of practice being agricultural law. Kelly’s areas of practice include estate planning, succession planning, and trust and probate administration. She greatly enjoys working alongside Robert and prides herself on her organizational skills and attention to detail. Kelly truly enjoys working with farmers. This small town southern girl is very honored to find herself assisting with families who hold such steadfast family values and great work ethic. It is exciting and fulfilling for her to work with families, especially the wives, to complete a successful estate plan for their family and farm.
Kelly greatly enjoys working with Robert, who is also an attorney, co-owner and backbone of the firm, to create a successful, fun, and professional atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
